We love to think above spots & dots (reach & frequency). There's definitely a validity to the scale of which these partnerships are run but the idea should actually be what is the balance between scale and value to the audience in mind.
We get to work alongside great agency partners such as Hatched to bring our ideas to life - recently we developed a new podcast series (within our existing Dyl & Friends show) called Teach Me Pls and partnered with Open University Australia to bring it to life. It incorporated branding, podcast segments, YouTube and social media content production / amplification.
