Dylan Buckley is a former AFL footballer who played 41 games (plus many more in the twos and a couple in the twos twos) for Carlton and GWS Giants across nine seasons. Knowing the end of his football career was approaching, Dylan went in search of something away from the game that gave him professional purpose and the Dyl & Friends podcast was born.
He went on to start the List Cloggers’ podcast in 2020 with fellow ex-Carlton teammate Daniel Gorringe. Dylan launched Producey, his latest venture in 2022. Away from Producey and other media commitments, you’ll find Dylan enjoying time with his wife, son Max and his dog Frankie (French Bulldog) in the inner northern suburbs of Melbourne where they live or out on the golf course crunching pinnacles.

Adam is a communications and content specialist with more than a decade of experience working in the sports industry through roles with Herald Sun, Fox Footy, AFL Players’ Association and AFL Coaches’ Association.
He started his journey in journalism before moving into corporate communications, but his passion lies in leading teams. A career highlight for Adam is leading the production of two feature length documentaries that aired on Fox Sports. Away from Producey, Adam leads community mental health initiative Tackle Your Feelings, which aims to support local football clubs on their mental health journey. He is married with a new born daughter, Blaire, and any spare time he gets is spent on the golf course.

Zach has over 8 years experience in Martech & as a sales professional. Zach's career has followed a somewhat unorthodox approach and has seen him work across influencer marketing, podcasting, hospitality and retail media. He has deep industry relationships and as a top 30 under 30 winner, he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience.
Zach loves helping solve marketing & advertising objectives for the brands he works with. As a solution driven individual with a deep understanding of strategic planning for digital & branded content marketing activities he takes enormous pride in exceeding client expectations. Stefanie is a creative marketing specialist with over 10 years’ experience working with luxury and consumer goods brands in London and Melbourne. Through roles at Pernod Ricard and The Swatch Group, Stefanie has proven success in managing end to end strategic marketing and communications campaigns, leveraging global and local sponsorships and producing premium events.
Away from Producey, Stefanie is a boy mum of 3 and takes any opportunity to spend time by the beach with her family.

Sam is a Media and Communications specialist that’s worked in content production for nearly a decade. He’s led a production team at Melbourne-based agency, Medialink Productions as well as recently spending a three-year stint at Carlton Football Club as a part of their highly-regarded media team.
Sam’s been with Producey since it’s inception and even further back, joining Dyl on Dyl & Friends in it’s first 50 episodes as the show’s Producer. Sam’s passion lies in leading and mentoring creative teams to perform at a premium level while also Managing and delivering high quality projects to industry-leading brands and organisations.
In his spare time, Sam enjoys following his football team, North Melbourne, as well as bouncing around his home suburb of Northcote with partner, Mon and dog, Bridget.

Producer of the Dyl & Friends podcast, Darcy has a passion for story-telling and content amplification. Darcy joined the team at Producey in 2022 after a 3 year stint at the Melbourne Storm Rugby League Club as a video producer and content manager.
A career highlight for Darcy was documenting the Storm’s 2020 premiership season, relocating to Queensland and working with top level athletes and staff. Outside of Producey, Darcy enjoys his basketball & footy, coffee and running.

Shae is a digital marketing and communications specialist with over 7 years of experience working for consumer goods brands like Chobani and Hallmark Cards.
She brings a wealth of brand knowledge to her Partnerships Manager role here at Clubby Sports, with proven success in end to end marketing and communications campaigns. Away from Producey, Shae's calendar is always full with social events, pilates or spending time with her husband and two daughters.

Sean, a dedicated Creative Director, joined Producey in mid-2023 after his role as a Marketing Coordinator at Callaway Golf South Pacific. At Callaway, Sean led all retail marketing activations, product launch events, and the management of the Team Callaway program. Alongside his corporate responsibilities, he nurtured his design expertise through his small Design Agency, SDWorkshop (SDWS), where he collaborated with a number of fashion and branding clients, refining his skills and crafting a distinctive style.
Beyond his professional endeavours, Sean's passion lies in golf, and he is a regular at the Metropolitan Golf Club. His love for golf serves as a wellspring of inspiration, influencing his design work through the venture More Greens, in collaboration with Dylan Buckley.

Mon is a health educator who entered the world of podcasting with her very own podcast, The Health Classes You Missed. On a mission to provide more information and education on topics missed or skimmed over in health class, Mon quickly became part of the fabric at Producey and landed herself a Producer role on the team in 2023. Since then, Mon has gained many skills within the podcast production field including leading various external projects and working on the Dyl and Friends mini episodes each week.
Mon is best known in the office for her epic baked treats that she makes for the team each week. Outside of Producey, you'll find her hanging with her dogs, running and drinking coffee with mates.

Josh is a dedicated content and video producer with a passion for creating short films and storytelling. He joined the Producey team in July 2023, bringing valuable experience from his five years in the media team of the AFL, where he worked in the Vision Archive team and as an Editor, contributing to shows like "The Round So Far," "Footy Feed," and "Yokayi."
Outside of his role at Producey, Josh enjoys spending quality time with mates and eagerly embraces every opportunity to travel overseas.

Will is a junior producer with a strong passion for content creation and social media. Will joined the team in 2023 as a student studying a Bachelor of Screen Media. Will created a following on Tik Tok and Instagram through making videos about sports and comedy which he has incorporated into his work at Producey.
Will is also host of the Ressies podcast that he does with the social media group Marmalade Aus. Away from content and work, Will enjoys playing footy and cricket, coffee and socialising with his mates.

Frankie is a 6 year old French Bulldog who is highly skilled in cuddles, security and occasionally vacuum cleaning (food only). She ensures everyone in the Producey office stays on task (the task being giving her attention, pats and food).
When not on duty at Producey, she enjoys sunbaking, playing with her ball, going to the park and afternoon naps with dad Dylan.
